Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform lawn applications including fertilization, weed control, fungicide, insecticide, etc. applications.
- Diagnose lawn health issues and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
- Apply products according to company procedures and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate service records and customer notes.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed and recommendations.
- Assist with other lawn and landscape services as needed.
- Maintain working condition & cleanliness of truck and equipment (spreader, tanks, pumps, etc.)
- Continued development of job knowledge (pesticides, safety, equipment, etc.)
