We hired Terra last year (2025) to help control the weeds in our mulch beds and hardscaping. We would spend so much time trying to pull weeds by hand and mulch and just couldn't keep up. Terra shows up on a quarterly basis to preventatively treat the areas and we're no longer fighting the weeds. The technicians are respectfully of the property and do a great job. Wish we had gone this route sooner.

Terra and our technician Jonathan Miguel Gonzalez do an excellent job making and keeping our lawn looking its best. The applications are completed quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption to our household which includes three dogs. Good morning! I had my front lawn done on 5/23, 4 medium beds weeded, mulched, Bushes trimmed, weeping Cherry tree trimmed, 1 small bed around a crab apple weeded and mulched.I have been plagued by horrendous amts of thistles, yesterday when the tech was here, he was spraying the area where the thistles have already started to pop up again! He was surprised that it was just last WK and they started popping up ! I asked him to spray them again and he was very kind and obliging! Thank you Terra and thank you Mr Marcos! Kudos to Terra!

Yaslin did a great job on our yard, his work is neat and no debris was left behind. We have really had great results with their weed prevention program. Our yard was almost 50/50 weeds and grass prior, and we had trouble growing grass in some areas as a result. It turned our yard around and now it looks great. Before Terra and with their great turf program and services, I had almost given up on our lawn. Even though we had a lawn service the grass still looked sparse and bad in many places - and just looked sad! Since Terra we have lush green stable strong grass and a beautiful lawn! We used Terra Lawns for the first time. Their crew that did our very large flowerbeds and bushes prepping them for spring did an excellent job. A hard-working group of individuals and an excellent level of finish work. We will definitely use them again. Pricing is fair.

Francisco did an excellent job spraying our yard for bugs, ticks and flees. I like the fact that he tells me exactly what he will be doing as a preventative measure to the grounds. I want Francisco assigned to do our yard every quarter.

Satisfied with the services so far. Had some new weeds surface shortly after the first application due to a warm weather spike and a tech was out quickly to address. So far the lawn looks great. Team was careful and respectful of the property, ensuring fences were completely closed, etc.

Add on to my post from 2023... Yesterday (9/9/2024) Terra came out and gave my lawn a total "overhaul" with over-seeding, aeration and topsoil dressing. The crew works very hard and goes above and beyond what I would have expected. They did not just do one pass over the lawn, they did multiple passes.
Fall 2023 post: Terra truly knows about lawn care! After another lawn care company destroyed my lawn by applying a treatment last August in 100 degree weather, I have had to begin all over again. Terra has a great reputation so I decided that I would have them do my lawn care treatments throughout the year and also do my over-seeding and aeration this fall. I was scheduled for early September. Of course, when the weather was reaching 90 degrees for the whole week, I was skeptical of the timing. I was assured that the seed would be fine and that the heat would be great for germination. I was encouraged to water consistently if drought conditions persisted. After the lawn was aerated and seeded, I decided to wait until after the week of hot, very dry weather and only then I was going to begin watering. I knew that once water became consistent, that the seed would become activated and I would need to stay on top of watering. Much to my surprise, we finally had a mild rain off and on for a day, about 10 days after the initial application. I noticed by the end of the week that my lawn was filling in with beautiful new green grass. Scott, the Lawn Care Manager, had told me to "trust him and the timing" and also to "not over think things" in regard to me having to do a lot of additional watering, etc. He was right! A lawn that was destroyed a year ago...you can't even tell now! Pricing is very reasonable and Terra always responds to emails and messages. Often you actually "get a human" when you call them! If you aren't happy with your current lawn care company, definitely give Terra a call! you won't regret it.
