We have been very pleased with the lawn service we have received from Terra. Tthey send you an email explaining what they did and why. They also report any lawn conditions they observe and what could be done to remedy the problem. Gabriel Gonzales was the most recent technician to make application to our lawn and report a couple of issues - red thread due to the wet weather we had been experiencing and dull mower blades. Terra's lawn experts send out informative emails explaining the weather condition's impact on turf and how they adjust their applications to make them most effective. We used another local lawn service in the past and we never knew what they had done, only that there had been an application of something.

My tech Jonathan Delgado is very articulate. From the second he gets out of the truck he is working. He doesn’t miss any spots really knows my property. He takes the time to answer questions. He is very good natured. I have had a great looking lawn so this year. I highly recommend Terra. Thank you jonathan

The Technician was courteous; the service was efficient.

I have had other services and watched as they raced through the lawn missing treating parts of it. This was the second treatment and the technician was very detailed. I saw him looking around and spraying extra in areas. Very good job.

Lawn always looks great. Hardly ever a weed to deal with. No tracks on the lawn. Identifies any issues they see and suggests proper fixes. Clears kid/animal lawn toys so they don't get any spray on them. Honestly my only problem is how healthy my lawn is and how quick it grows. Maybe they will start mowing on their way out to save me some time!

Such a great company!!! They educate you along the way letting you know what to expect. We just got the core aeration, seeding and composting. I am looking forward to a beautiful lawn!!!!

Jonathan was great. Pleasant when he arrived and I saw him check my gate 3 times to make sure it was closed before he left. I really appreciate him doing that.
