Yesterday, Terra technician Jose Tellez treated my lawn, and I continue to be impressed. This was my third treatment, and each one has been consistently excellent. After completing the full application with the ride‑on spreader‑sprayer, I happened to see Jose walking the property with a backpack sprayer, spot‑treating stubborn weeds and problem areas on foot. Terra staff that service our property for pest control are always so friendly and thorough. They always begin quarterly treatments by asking if we are having any issues or have any concerns.

We have been very pleased with the lawn service we have received from Terra. Tthey send you an email explaining what they did and why. They also report any lawn conditions they observe and what could be done to remedy the problem. Gabriel Gonzales was the most recent technician to make application to our lawn and report a couple of issues - red thread due to the wet weather we had been experiencing and dull mower blades. Terra's lawn experts send out informative emails explaining the weather condition's impact on turf and how they adjust their applications to make them most effective. We used another local lawn service in the past and we never knew what they had done, only that there had been an application of something.
