We have been very pleased with the lawn service we have received from Terra. Tthey send you an email explaining what they did and why. They also report any lawn conditions they observe and what could be done to remedy the problem. Gabriel Gonzales was the most recent technician to make application to our lawn and report a couple of issues - red thread due to the wet weather we had been experiencing and dull mower blades. Terra's lawn experts send out informative emails explaining the weather condition's impact on turf and how they adjust their applications to make them most effective.
We used another local lawn service in the past and we never knew what they had done, only that there had been an application of something.

My tech Mike Smith is very articulate. From the second he gets out of the truck he is working. He doesn’t miss any spots really knows my property. He takes the time to answer questions. He is very good natured. I have had a great looking lawn this year. I highly recommend Terra. Thank you Mike.

Excellent job. Very helpful staff and lawn care technicians. Their staff was all very friendly and spent quite a bit of time explaining all of the problems with our lawn and how they would go about fixing everything. They were out in a short time and started to go about fixing our lawn just as they explained.
