Add on to my post from 2023... Yesterday (9/9/2024) Terra came out and gave my lawn a total "overhaul" with over-seeding, aeration and topsoil dressing. The crew works very hard and goes above and beyond what I would have expected. They did not just do one pass over the lawn, they did multiple passes.Fall 2023 post: Terra truly knows about lawn care! After another lawn care company destroyed my lawn by applying a treatment last August in 100 degree weather, I have had to begin all over again. Terra has a great reputation so I decided that I would have them do my lawn care treatments throughout the year and also do my over-seeding and aeration this fall. I was scheduled for early September. Of course, when the weather was reaching 90 degrees for the whole week, I was skeptical of the timing. I was assured that the seed would be fine and that the heat would be great for germination. I was encouraged to water consistently if drought conditions persisted. After the lawn was aerated and seeded, I decided to wait until after the week of hot, very dry weather and only then I was going to begin watering. I knew that once water became consistent, that the seed would become activated and I would need to stay on top of watering. Much to my surprise, we finally had a mild rain off and on for a day, about 10 days after the initial application. I noticed by the end of the week that my lawn was filling in with beautiful new green grass. Scott, the Lawn Care Manager, had told me to "trust him and the timing" and also to "not over think things" in regard to me having to do a lot of additional watering, etc. He was right! A lawn that was destroyed a year ago...you can't even tell now! Pricing is very reasonable and Terra always responds to emails and messages. Often you actually "get a human" when you call them! If you aren't happy with your current lawn care company, definitely give Terra a call! you won't regret it.

Impressed with the thoroughness of the Terra crew that yesterday did the annual fall aeration and overseeing of our lawn. Really appreciate how they hit all the bare spots with some extra soil as well.

I’ve been with Terra for 2 years now, as I have been 100% completely satisfied with all the work they have done. This year, in addition to 6 treatments, core aeration and seeding, Scott and his knowledgeable team put down 15 yds. of compost for nutrients and leveling. I couldn’t be more pleased!!!

We have been very pleased with the lawn service we have received last year and this year from Terra. Within hours after an application they send you an email explaining what they did and why. They also report any lawn conditions they observe and what could be done to remedy the problem. Jose Tellez was the most recent technician to make application to our lawn and report a couple of issues caused by the lack of water, but high night time humidity. Terra's lawn experts send out informative emails explaining the weather condition's impact on turf and how they adjust their applications to make them most effective.We used another local lawn service in the past and we never knew what they had done, only that there had been an application of something.

I've been using Terra for years now and I've been extremely satisfied with their services. I have the nicest lawn on the street thanks to Terra. They are also a very knowledgeable resource when I have questions about anything lawn related.

I have to say what an amazing job Terra Landscaping did on my property! They cut, removed and cleaned up a tree that fell in my yard due to storms. If you're looking for a great lawn care service Terra is it. I have been using them for the past couple of years and their service is second to none. They deliver a high-quality product and service. I recently had an issue after a lawn treatment finding stains on several panels on my vinyl fencing which would not come off. Scott the manager responded to my email in 2 minutes to address my concern and assured me he would take care of it. He went above and beyond by driving out to my house early next morning to see what occurred, explaining what happened and when it would be corrected. I was extremely impressed with the response. Hands down one of the best businesses I have ever delt with. Scott and his team clearly get it on how a business works!

Good morning! I had my front lawn done on 5/23, 4 medium beds weeded, mulched, Bushes trimmed, weeping Cherry tree trimmed, 1 small bed around a crab apple weeded and mulched.I have been plagued by horrendous amts of thistles, yesterday when the tech was here, he was spraying the area where the thistles have already started to pop up again! He was surprised that it was just last WK and they started popping up ! I asked him to spray them again and he was very kind and obliging! Thank you Terra and thank you Mr Marcos! Kudos to Terra!
